SNF providers see telemedicine as a way to cut costs.

 

Prediction:

This will lead SNFs to push MA plans even more.

The adoption will be widespread, rapid and devoid of any evidenced-based data.

The medico-legal risk to practitioners will be high.

It will increase costs to SNF—both medical and legal.  The use of medical care begets the use of medical care.
