Abundance

You need a mindset of abundance

The scarcity mindset sees limited resources from which an individual must get their share.  Things are being done “to” them. They are not in control

The abundance mindset sees only the opportunity for innovation generating infinite resources.  It’s proactive, optimistic.

To succeed in a value-based, risk-sharing environment, you as a provider must develop a reflexive mindset of abundance.

A sick patient is not a drain on your emotions and finances–a threat.  A sick patient an opportunity to ply your craft, promote their health and help them be well.  If their disease burden increases, you are certain additional financial resources will be forthcoming (so long you document your efforts accurately).

As you help promote and maintain your patient’s health, those addtional resources can be banked against the day their illnesses recur–with confidence.

And both you and your patient will experience what abundance truly is all about.
